The Social Cooperative (Charity) ” Impegno Giovani” is strongly committed to training and social-working integration of young disabled people.

Many projects have been carried out by the Charity, but this social enterprise and its production of excellent almond pastries (made of top quality almonds) is probably our greatest challenge resulted from the deep personal commitment, passion and tenacity of each of us.

Our Lab “Mandorlab” (Almondlab) has been developed from a pilot project of the Italian Ministry of Employment and Social Policies. Our Lab has become the heart of our entire charity, the most demanding challenge, as well as our primary target: to build a social farm with housing units for guys and girls, so to be able to guest them once they will no longer live with their parents. In this way we hope to provide them with a happier life project, backed up also by a certain economic protection.
